Note: The delivery time mentioned above does not include order processing time of custom-made products that usually varies from 1 to 5 days.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Yes RACA products are made to make you happy, and we back that up with our return policies. We offer return when the goods are damaged or defective, just contact us via email hello@racastudyo.com within 3 days.
Most of our products are unique and custom made, we do not offer a change of mind cancel/exchange after order is placed. If we agree to a cancel/exchange under unusal circumstances, 20% handling fee will be applied to refund.
How do I change my shipping address?

How do I track the status of my order?
Your order status will be updated within 1-3 days after you receive the tracking code.

Raca Studyo ships worldwide from our warehouses in APAC region, we will ship from the closest warehouse to your address. International shipping choices are available at checkout. The cost of shipping is determined by the cost of your order and the shipping weight.
