Timofey Radya creates public art and graffiti, and documents it with photos. His art touches upon social and everyday problems. By placing his art in the city, most often in forbidden places - on rooftops, on building walls - he tries to personify streets by attracting the attention of bypassers and by forcing them to think about the meaning of the texts and of the images.
